What do we do?
CrossFit Guelph is dedicated to Functional Fitness. We create a fitness that, simply put, improves the standard of living of our members. We create and individual who is 1 part endurance athlete, 1 part gymnast and 1 part Olympic lifter. The fitness we create can be encapsulated best by utilizing the hopper model. If we take a hopper and fill it with any kind of physical task imaginable and then begin to draw them out at random…the person who is best able to complete the most tasks is the fitter person. We have found that the statement “Jack of all trades, master of none” is the desired goal for the average individual seeking to improve their health and wellness and to that end we nurture all our athletes above and beyond their expectations.
Our Services
Regular CrossFit Classes – Regular crossfit classes consist of a warm up, skill work, workout and stretch. Skill work will allow us to build on skills and techniques on a daily or class by class basis.
Kids Fitness Classes – We make a difference in your child’s approach to fitness and nutrition in a safe, simple, fun and
challenging way. Your child will see improvements in Cardiovascular, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance , Accuracy as well as self esteem and confidence!
Team/Group Training – Available for all sports, all ages.
Personal Training – For more personalized attention in an area of your choice, whether it be skill or goal oriented.
Nutrition Counseling – Learn how to modify your diet to help you reach your weight and performance goals.
Olympic Weightlifting – Learn the clean and jerk and the snatch. These moves will add explosiveness and power to your performance.
