Crossfit Guelph
Our Facility
CrossFit Guelph is located at 45 Dawson rd. The old Habitat for Humanity/Re use Store. We have 3000 square feet of brightly lit, windowed space including 800 square feet of matted sprung floor.
Crossfit Guelph is equipped with 3 Olympic Lifting platforms as well as rowers, pull up bars, rings, med balls, and everything else required to attain elite fitness levels.
