Getting Started
At CrossFit Guelph everyone starts the same way. We invite all prospective members to come in and experience two free CrossFit classes on us. After the soreness has died down we ask all our new members to complete a "Foundations Program” This program consists of 3 private sessions during which we will cover 9 essential CrossFit movements.
They are:
Session 1-Air Squat, Front Squat and Overhead Squat.
Session 2 – Shoulder Press, Push Press, and Push/Split Jerk
Session 3 Dead Lift, Sumo Deadlift High Pull and Medicine ball cleans.
Once the Foundations Course is completed we choose a membership that works for you and you are ready to graduate to regular CrossFit classes and "Open Gym” times.
