* To be eligible to use the open gym time all memebrs must be able to demonstrate technical proficiency in and safe execution of 15 randomly chosen exercises. Please contact me to set up a time for your demonstration. Open Gym hours are only available to members on an unlimited training package and 12 hours notice must be given if you plan on coming in for “Open Gym” time.
Lunch Time classes are up and running but we require a minimum of 4 people to Open the class. Get in touch with me a minimum of 12 hours in advance and let me know if you want to come.
Don’t forget every Sunday at 11:00 is a FREE and OPEN class for anyone who wants to try us out. Don’t be shy come and give us a try. After all what have you got to lose…It’s FREE!
