  5. The lunch time WOD was wicked today! Didn’t reallyget a chance to let you know Mike. I’m at work right now and feel like a million bucks. Really tough combination of movements. Good one to repeat in a few months and a few months and a few months….. Everybody needs to work on core strength! See you tomorrow.
