Sandra and Victoria were in at 6 AM Sandra managed two rounds of the work out at 45# in about 18 minutes. They had to leave. Victoria and I worked on skills then did alternating 10 SFHP and Back squats with 35#.

I’m already dreading all the over head stuff I suck at. Mac find a sub for the muscle ups and I’m game for this one. That dam arm bar messed up me elbow for movements with that much strain. I’ll try one out tonight and see how it feels. Last time I did one I felt the elbow, and not in a good way. My M/U career might be over. Glad I have a vid of 10 in a row.
